८ वर्षकी असिफा बानुको बलात्कारपछि हत्या भएको घटनाले भारतमा अहिले पीडितको न्यायको लागि आन्दोलन भइरहेको छ। गएको जनवरीमा भएको घटनामा दोषीलाई उम्काउन राजनीतिक नेता समेत लागिपरेपछि असिफाको बलात्कार–हत्या घटना अझै संवेदनशील बनेको छ। भारतीय जनता पार्टीका तर्फबाट जम्मु कास्मिरका उद्योग मन्त्री र वनमन्त्रीले असिफा बानु बलात्कार–हत्यामा संलग्नलाई बचाउने र्यालीमा सहभागी भएपछि मुद्दा धार्मिक रुपमा पनि विभाजित भएको छ।
भारतीय जनता पार्टिको यो कदमपछि नागरिकहरुले यसको विरोध गरिरहेका छन्। असिफा बानुको हत्यापछि मानवअधिकारको विषयमा धेरै कुराहरु उठिरहेका छन्। सामाजिक सञ्जालमा पनि असिफा बानुको न्यायको लागि बलिवुड सेलिब्रेटीसहित धेरैले एेक्यवद्धता व्यक्त गरेका छन्।
असिफा बानुले ज्यान गुमाए पनि उसले न्याय पाउनुपर्नेमा बलिवुडका कलाकार, राजनीतिज्ञले सामाजिक सञ्जालमा असिफाको न्यायका पक्षमा विचार राखेका छन्।
